HigherCoach Terms
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These HigherCoach Terms form part of the HigherTools Terms of Service and apply to your use of HigherCoach. "Call Content" means call transcripts, meeting notes and related information you import or connect, and is Customer Data.
1. What HigherCoach does
HigherCoach imports transcripts of your customer calls from call recorders you connect, or transcripts you paste or upload, and uses AI to produce analyses such as upsell signals, risk alerts, coaching feedback, summaries and quotes. HigherCoach works with text transcripts. It does not fetch or store call audio or video.
2. Recording and consent
2.1 You are solely responsible for every recording and transcript you bring into HigherCoach. Before you do, you will make sure that every participant in the call was given every notice and gave every consent the law requires for the call to be recorded, transcribed and analysed by AI, and for the results to be shared within your organization. Some places require the consent of every participant.
2.2 You will not import calls where a participant objected to recording or AI analysis, or calls that include information you are not allowed to share with us.
2.3 HigherOps does not record calls and has no relationship with the people on your calls.
3. Connected recorders and assistants
3.1 To connect a recorder, you provide credentials from that recorder. You confirm you are authorized to do so, and the recorder's own terms continue to apply. We use those credentials only to import Call Content you have chosen to connect.
3.2 If you or your users connect an outside AI assistant to HigherCoach (for example through the HigherCoach connector), that assistant can read Call Content in the workspaces the user can access, and the assistant's provider handles that data under its own terms. You are responsible for which users connect assistants and for what those assistants do.
4. AI processing
4.1 Call Content is processed by the AI provider you choose. If you use your own key, your provider processes it under your agreement with them. If you use HigherTools credit, it is processed through AI providers we select.
4.2 Analyses are Output under section 7 of the Terms of Service. They can be wrong, can miss things, and can misattribute who said what. Do not rely on them alone for decisions about an employee's pay, discipline, promotion or employment, or about any customer's legal rights.
5. Sharing outside HigherCoach
When you or your users choose to, HigherCoach can send information to other places, such as a HubSpot deal that includes a customer quote, or email digests and alerts that include analysis text. You are responsible for those choices and for who receives them.
6. Retention and deletion
6.1 HigherCoach keeps transcripts until you set a retention period for your workspace. When a transcript passes that period, its text is deleted. Analyses, quotes, summaries and participant names and email addresses remain until the workspace is deleted.
6.2 Cancelling a subscription pauses the workspace. It does not delete Call Content.
6.3 To delete a workspace and its Call Content, an owner emails hello@higherops.io. We delete it within 30 days after confirming the request, except for copies in backups, which expire on their normal schedule, and anything we must keep by law.
7. Changes
We may change these HigherCoach Terms under section 16 of the Terms of Service.
